S Composition of the service manual C-1 Notation of the konica minolta bizhub c360 service manual free download manual This reliability is achieved through high-quality design and a solid service network.
Product design is a highly complicated and delicate process where numerous mechanical, physical, and electrical aspects have to be taken into consideration, with the aim of arriving at proper tolerances and safety factors.
In that case, it is obligation of customer engineer hereafter called the CE to attach appropriate power plug or power нажмите для деталей set in order to connect the product to the supply. However, in daily use, any electrical equipment may be subject to parts wear and eventual failure. When securing measure is provided, secure the cord with the fixture properly. If used, the risk of fire konica minolta bizhub c360 service manual free download. Current that can flow in the extension cord is limited, so using a too long extension cord may result in fire.
If a bad smell of ozone is present in the following cases, ventilate the room. If you make adjustments or perform an operation check with the external cover detached, you may touch live or high-voltage parts or you may be caught in moving gears or the timing belt, leading to a risk of injury.
Current can leak, leading to a risk of trouble or fire. Pay special attention to forgotten connectors, pinched cables, forgotten screws, etc. A risk of product trouble, electric shock, and fire exists. If this happens, immediately wipe it off.
A risk of fire exists. Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer. When accessing these areas for maintenance, repair, or adjustment, konica minolta bizhub c360 service manual free download care should be taken to avoid burns and electric shock. Be careful not to touch here when the power is turned ON to avoid getting an electric shock.
High konica minolta bizhub c360 service manual free download This area generates high voltage. If an accident has occurred, the distributor who has been notified first must immediately take konica minolta bizhub c360 service manual free download measures to provide relief to affected persons and to prevent further damage.
Page Composition Of The Service Manual Composition of the service manual This service konica minolta bizhub c360 service manual free download consists of Theory of Operation section and Field Service section to explain the main machine and its corresponding options.
Theory of Operation section gives, as information for the CE to get a full understanding of the product, a rough outline of the object and role of each function, the relationship between the electrical system and the mechanical system, and the timing of operation of each part. Page Revision History Revision history After publication of this service manual, the parts and mechanism may be subject to change for improvement of their performance.
Therefore, the descriptions given in узнать больше service manual may not coincide with the actual machine. When any change has been made /14606.txt the descriptions in the service manual, a revised version will be issued with a revision mark added as required.

Maximum of fifteen files When storing more than one firmware data, make a folder with a name model code FW A0EDFW for this machine right under the root directory. File names can be set arbitrarily When making a folder and storing more than one firmware data, it is also neces- sary to copy the firmware data A0EDFW.
Turn OFF the main power switch and the sub power switch. Remove the screw [1]. Lift up the cover [2] of the USB port. It cannot be updated when connected to another USB port. Turn ON the main power switch and the sub power switch. Select [YES]. When the BootRom file is in the firmware data, [RootRom] key is displayed. Press- ing the key updates data. When more than one firmware are stored in step 1, pressing [FW Data Select] enables selection.
Data of other models cannot be selected. At this time, the Start key starts blinking red. Check that the control panel shows the message indicating that the data has been rewritten correctly [Downloading Completed]. Check also the check sum value [Check Sum ] shown on the control panel. The Start key lights blue. NOTE When turning the main power switch ON for the first time after the firmware is updated, data may sometimes be internally updated.
In that case, the following message will be displayed. Never turn the main power switch OFF until either the serial number input screen or the trouble code screen is displayed. Call the Service Mode to the screen.
Select [Firmware Version]. Make sure if the version of firmware is updated. Perform the data rewriting procedure again. If the procedure is abnormally terminated, change the USB memory for a new one and try another rewriting sequence. If the procedure is still abnormally terminated, change the board that has caused NG and carry out data rewriting procedure.
The main body is connected to such a network environment that the firmware can be downloaded on the internet using the ftp or http protocol. The Internet ISW will not operate under the following conditions. Main power switch is set to OFF. Sub power switch is set to OFF. Machine is in idle with suspended job Paper jam has occurred Image file is in the memory Model or the circuit board of the program does not match 7.
Internet ISW Set 1. NOTE Settings such as server setting, etc. When the following setting is set to ON, ON cannot be selected on this setting.
Protocol setting It performs the setting concerning the protocol ftp or http for connecting to the Internet ISW. When connecting to the program server using a proxy server, perform the setting for a proxy server. Select [Port Number], and set the port number for the proxy server from 1 through When Authentication is necessary for accessing to the proxy server, select [Authentication], and select [ON].
Select [Log-in Name], and enter the login name on the on-screen keyboard. Select [Password], and enter the password on the on-screen keyboard. Select [Connection Time Out], and set the time for the connection time out from 1 through Since with PASV mode, the client with restriction sets the port number, data trans- mission port can be secured to enable the file transmission.

Touch [END] to finish setting. Conducting rewriting on the control panel. Touch [ISW Start]. The main body will automatically start running, and it starts accessing the server.
NOTE Unless one of the keys on the control panel is pressed, firmware is updated after 30 seconds when the unit has restarted. During firmware updating 1. The message to indicate the status will be displayed on the screen while connecting or transferring data. Completed or failed 1 Firmware updated normally 1. When the Firmware is normally updated, restart the main body in auto or manual mode to display the outcome, and touch [OK] to return to the main screen.
When updating failed to complete due to the trouble on connecting to the network, an error code and the message will be displayed. Restart the main body in auto or manual mode, and touch [OK]. It can be used with the firmware version before conducting updating.
Check the settings for the network by error codes, and try updating again. Once firmware updating has started, the ROM in the main body will be deleted. When it failed right after updating has started, restart the main body, and shift to the standby screen to retry downloading. When updating on the control panel, touch [settings] on the standby screen, and check the Network settings again. Confirming the firmware version 1. Select the [Firmware Version]. Check if the firmware version is updated.

Using two screws [2], secure the counter mounting bracket [1]. NOTE Secure the counter mounting bracket passing the connector into the bracket. Use the two long screws V M4 x 18 in the key counter kit to secure the counter mounting bracket.
Mount the edge cover [1] to the counter mounting bracket and set the harness to the edge cover. Connect the key counter socket con- nector [2]. Using two screws [4], secure the counter socket [3].
Using two screws [2], secure the key counter cover [1]. Set color mode and message. Using the screw [1], mount the origi- nal size detection 2 sensor PS [2] and fix it. Select [Service Mode] [Machine] [Org. Size Detecting Sensor Adj]. Check to make sure that the [Org. Size Detecting Sensor Option : Set] is displayed on the original size detection sensor adjustment screen.
Advance checks Before attempting to solve the customer problem, the following advance checks must be made. Check to see if: The power supply voltage meets the specifications.
The power supply is properly grounded. The machine shares the power supply with any other machine that draws large current intermittently e. The installation site is environmentally appropriate: high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, ventilation, etc. The original has a problem that may cause a defective image.
