This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this. I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. It appears the update is stuck if it has been already 4 hours and there is no progress. I suggest forcing a restart on your computer Hold down your computer's power button until the computer shuts off completely Try the update again and see if it makes a difference this time.

When you decide to install 20H2 down the road you can just go straight to downloading the Update Assistant and running the updates from there.
